Face your fears










As one of our projects for school, we had to write what one of our fears were as a photographer, face that fear and go shoot it. My fear is, has and may always partly be, initially having to approach people. I'm getting better at it. Just like my earlier piece from the summer on "What's in your pocket," approaching people and asking a question, I decided to do it again.

I decided to face my fear of approaching by asking people what their fear was. Here are just a few of the willing participants. Some of the answers were the same, others completely different and every one of them rationalized by the person who shared it with me.
